Mission Parish School offers two Pre-Kindergarten sessions. Our morning session is a five day program (M-F) with the hours of 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. Our afternoon session is a three day program (M-W-F) with the hours of 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Our goal is to provide a developmentally appropriate program where a child can work, play, and grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually in a nurturing environment.

Emphasis is placed on Kindergarten readiness with developmentally appropriate activities that include:

• Religion
• Phonics Instruction
• Writer's Workshop
• Nature/Science
• Music and Movement
• Art
• Math/Numbers
• Fine and Gross Motor Development
• Opportunities for Social and Emotional Development
• Spanish

Special events during the school year include Heritage Week, Thanksgiving Stone Soup, St. Nicholas Day, Santa's Secret Workshop, Christmas Program, Polar Express Party, St. Patrick's Day Celebration, May Crowning, Our Lady of Guadalupe Crowning, Pajama Party, Read-a-Thon, Pizza Hut "Book It" Beginners Program, Weekly Visits to teh Koi Pond, and Field Trips.
